How To Fall In Love With A Home In 3 Easy Steps

Sometimes, love isn’t easy. Sometimes, love can surprise you. You can’t always know you’ll fall in love with someone – or some house – by just looking at a photo online. Just like with falling love with a person, it may take a few dates, or you may fall in love at first sight.

At Lumber One, we think a little online stalking and a group date is just about the perfect amount of interaction to fall in love with the perfect home!

1. Learn About It Online At Lumber One’s Website13-0128

The first step to falling in love with a Lumber One home is to hit up our website. One of our newly built homes in the Heritage Place development is a sight to see!

You can learn about the price, address, the number of bedrooms (2) and bathrooms (1), square footage, along with some of the other amenities and even cash allowances to customize it. This is also where you can get the phone number for your house, to talk to a representative like Jim Odegard and get to know the house better.

2. Find Out All About The Fall 2016 CMBA Tour Of Homes

Next, head to the Fall 2016 CMBA Tour of Homes website where you can learn even more about the home. Here you’ll find a nice description of the house, property and school district, along with a convenient map from Google showing you where exactly the house is.

You’ll also learn about the tour itself, which runs weekends, from Sept. 16-18 and 23-25. The tour is held Fridays from 4:30-7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from noon-5 p.m. It’s free to attend.

3. Visit The Home During One Of Its Open House Times!

The last step to falling in love . . . and make sure you’re ready . . . is the group date! Visit the home during one of the dates and times designated on the Tour of Homes website. Really get a feel for what your relationship with the home could be, and how you would interact with each other.

Once you’ve had a chance to interact with the Lumber One home in Sartell, we know you’ll be in love just like we are! We hope you find a lifetime of happiness together! And remember, you can always contact us with any questions; we know all of this home’s secrets!
